Terms of Service

Last updated: October 15, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing nexuspointconsulting.ca or engaging NexusPoint Consulting for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

2. About our services

NexusPoint Consulting provides advisory and delivery services in AI-powered business automation, IT–business alignment, project management and process optimization. We also design and build custom AI agents, and deliver training so client teams can build and operate agents themselves.

NexusPoint Labs is the product division of NexusPoint Consulting. Software products offered at nexuspointlabs.ca (including Ledger, SpeakEasy, Reader and EV Control Centre) are governed by their own terms and privacy policy, published on that site.

3. This website

This website is provided for information only. Nothing on it constitutes a quote, a binding offer, professional advice, or a guarantee of any particular result. Service scope, fees, timelines and deliverables are set out in a written statement of work or proposal agreed with you before work begins. In the event of a conflict between these terms and a signed statement of work, the statement of work governs.

4. AI Agent plans and subscriptions

Subscription access to AI agents ("NexusPoint AI Access") is sold through our Square store, which is linked from this website. Prices displayed correspond to those published in the store and are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Square processes the transaction as merchant of record and its own terms and privacy policy apply to the purchase.

5. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your business and systems, to give timely access to the people and information reasonably required to deliver the work, and to obtain any internal approvals needed for us to proceed. Where you provide data, you confirm you are entitled to share it.

6. Confidentiality and intellectual property

Each party will keep the other's confidential information confidential and use it only for the engagement. Unless a statement of work says otherwise, pre-existing tools, frameworks and code remain the property of their owner, and deliverables created for you are licensed for your internal business use on full payment. Nothing in this section restricts us from applying general know-how gained in the course of our work.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexusPoint Consulting is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunity. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to any engagement is limited to the fees paid to us for that engagement. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
